Research On Urbanization Of New Generation Of Migrant Workers In Yuzhong District,Chongqing

Since the reform and opening-up policy in 1979,urbanization and urbanization construction have been implemented for over 30 years.The transfer of rural surplus labor to urban area is a common phenomenon during the urbanization process,which also is a driving force for urbanization.This essay digs researches on obstacles during the urbanization of migrant workers and provides policies and recommendations,based on the analysis of specific environment,historic background,psychology as well as culture.The study provides an important reference to promote the integration of urban and rural resources,and speed up the integration process of urban and rural areas.The definition of related concepts was confirmed,and the rural civilization process was analyzed.Base on the local investigation and the survey data of Chongqing City,the empirical analysis was made to present situation of the civilization of new generation migrant workers in Yuzhong District of Chongqing City.Practice and exploration promoting migrant workers civilization in Yuzhong District were summarized.Finally,the target policies and recommendations were provided for the promotion of civilization process of new generation migrant workers of Yuzhong District,Chongqing City by the analysis of main problem during the process of civilization of new generation migrant workers.This study indicated that in order to enhance the policy and administration construction,the following aspects should be further attended: the need of joint efforts and cooperation for government,enterprises and individual.Government should pay sufficient attention to accelerate reform of household registration,employment,social security system.Enterprises should increase the generation of migrant workers' skills training.Migrant workers should strive to improve their technical skills,and actively adapt to city life.
