Research On Rural Migrant Workers’ Civilization Under The Background Of New Urbanization

Under the background of new urbanization of migrant workers isa very important issue at present. Urbanization is an important historical task in our modernization construction,18th CPC National Congress clearly put forward the concept of "new urbanization".Although “migrant workers” began as floating populations,but with the era of progress and social development,stability is more important.In fact,migrant workers play an important role in city society.This paper redefines the new urbanization under the background of migrant workers citizenization, puting forward new standards including the reform of the household registration system, the equalization of public services and migrant workers’own ascension.In the standard analysis of survey data of Chengdu city’s migrant workers’citizenization and Chengdu City’s achievement in the migrant workers’citizenization performance, this paper proposes the countermeasure about the migrant workers’ citizenry model under the background of urbanization.This paper is divided into five chapters to explain the related study on theproblem of migrant workers Under the background of new urbanization. The first part mainly know about the theory of urbanization,migrantworkers and citizenization from domestic and foreign research.The second part expounds the concept and meaning of urbanization,migrant workers and migrant workers’citizenization.The third part is situation at present and the restriction factor of migrant workers under the background of new urbanization, specifically to investigation of Chengdu city migrant workers Citizenization in detail, including the internal factors----economic factors, institutional factors, social factors and migrant workers themselves. The fourth part introducts the excellent experience about the citizenization of migrant workers,in Chengdu City, including housing reform,the household registration system management policy,employment service management,children education of migrant workers,migrant workers social security. And some suggestions of migrant workers’urbanization,including the reform of household system,the improvement of government public service,the promotion of migrant workers t hemselves and financial support.The fifth part is final conclusion.
