| 2013 central document let "family farm" received widespread concern and attention.The Ministry of agriculture,rural economic system and management division is responsible for the interpretation of a document,said the family farm is refers to family members as the main labor force,engaged in agricultural scale,intensive,commercial production,and agricultural income for the family’s main source of income of new agricultural enterprises.The urbanization are developed late in our country but progressing fast.Nearly 40 years after the reform and opening up,China’s urbanization gained the success attract worldwide attention.Now,China is entering a critical period of well-off society and harmonious society construction.Urbanization not only is the driving force of the development of society and economy,also create conditions to improve people’s well-being and residents’ living standards.At present,due to the rapid development of urbanization in Hubei Province,rural land transfer speed,a large number of rural surplus labor to the city,to create a good condition for the scale of land management.Family farm in Shiyan,Wuhan,Yichang,Jingzhou and other developed areas of rapid economic development,has achieved initial results.But overall,the whole Hubei area in the family farm penetration rate is very low,for the majority of farmers,the family farm is a new thing.To support the social service system of the new agricultural management system,the family farm has yet to be improved,the government’s policy support is not enough,the lack of targeted action.This paper aims to vigorously promote the family farm in the occasion,through learning and learn from foreign experience in the development of family farms,family farms in developing a comprehensive grasp of the status quo on the basis of Hubei Province,the main problems were the necessary analysis,attempts to explore the clear water lake family farms development,to promote its healthy and stable development. |
