The Study On The Development Problem Of Rural Food Bank

In recent years,rural Food Bank has gradually become active with the acceleration of urbanization.As a new grain circulation pattern,rural Food Bank has positive meaning to peasants,grain enterprises and our country.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part mainly focus on the research of the background,the significance and content of theoretical methods.The second part introduces the connotative meaning and different modes of operation.The third part use a positive method to analyzes the current development of rural Food Bank and summarizes the problems in the development process.The fourth section probes into the two different development experience by introducing rural Food Bank in Taicang and Beidahuagn by the case analysis method.The last part is a summary based on the above analysis and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of rural Food Bank by combing theory with practice.Through the above study,we can get the following conclusions:Firstly,rural Food Bank is conducive to our country,grain enterprises and peasants.Rural Food Bank can help peasants increase their incomes and promote the enthusiasm of peasants to grow more by reducing the damage of grain storage and solve the problem of grain storage.For enterprises,rural Food Bank promotes the development of them by providing enough source of grain,reducing the cost of buying,storing and selling in grain.For nation,rural Food Bank can help improve grain storage and circulation efficiency,to ensure national food security.Secondly,the development of rural Food Bank faces many problems and challenges.Peasants and enterprises are faced with great risk of morality and market respectively,which lead to the instability of grain market and affect national grain security directly.Finally,the fast development strategy of rural Food Bank mainly: grain enterprises should innovate their financial function,strengthen the multilateral cooperation with finance and establish a fund to minimize the loss of peasants and enterprises.Government should strengthen the supervision and management of rural Food Bank,increase the threshold and give more support.For peasants themselves,they should improve the recognition of rural Food Bank as well as improve their legal awareness and learn to use law to protect themselves.
