Strategy Research Of Precise Poverty Alleviation In Yunxian County Of Hubei

Since the reform and opening up,China has vigorously promoted poverty alleviation and development.Poverty alleviation has made great achievements.Problem of food and clothing of more than 200 million rural poor have been solved,living conditions have been improved,which significantly accelerates the pace of economic development.Social undertakings have developed rapidly.With the problems of survival and food and clothing of rural residents has been basically solved,the main task of poverty alleviation and development is to solve problems of food and clothing,consolidate the results of food and clothing,accelerate poverty alleviation,improve the ecological environment and development capacity,narrow the development gap.In recent years,in order finish the work of poverty alleviation better and faster,our country has explored a new model of poverty alleviation-precise poverty.Precise poverty is an important point in rural poverty alleviation and development,On the basis of detailed analysis of the actual situation,using scientific and effective procedure to plan and implement strategy for the targeted poor to support targeted poor one by one,is the inevitable requirement of poverty alleviation and development work.This paper combines with the national policy,uses Yun County as an example to show the problems of poverty alleviation and development,then puts forward the corresponding precision poverty reduction strategy.This paper consists of five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction.It describes the research background,purpose and significance,research status,research content,research methods and innovations;The second chapter analyzes the status of poverty alleviation of Yunxian and summarizes the poverty reduction process,the effect of specific practices;The third chapter analyzes the main problems of precise poverty in Yunxian exist in the work,and the reasons for the more in-depth analysis,combined with the actual interpretation of the plight of poverty that exist;The fourth chapter is to solve the problems by helping the development of industrial,infrastructure assistance,education assistance,medical assistance,financial assistance and other initiatives.The goal is to put policy,funding,projects to poor villages and poor households and solve the problems one by one to ensure everyone involved in precise poverty.The fifth chapter summarizes the whole paper.
