Focus On The Research On The Precise Poverty Alleviation Of Rural Families In Contiguous Poverty-stricken Areas

Poverty is a common problem faced by human society,therefore,eliminate poverty is humanity's common ideal and goal.After the implementation of large-scale development-oriented poverty alleviation work in China in the 1980s,the incidence of poverty has decreased to a large extent.The large-scale reduction of the poverty population and the significant improvement of the basic living standards of families in poverty-stricken areas have achieved great results in the overall eradication of poverty.However,the 70 million poverty population in rural area seems still to be a big concern considering the country's regional wide span and the huge population base.The vast majority of the concentrated poverty population distibutes in national key concentrated destitute areas such as LiuPanShan,WuMengShan District in southern Xinjiang,Tibet,xinjiang,qinba area.Therefore,the outline of China's rural poverty alleviation and development program has turned the main battlefield of China's poverty alleviation into those concentrated areas.Concentrated contiguous areas with poor natural conditions,poor infrastructure,high cost of getting out of poverty,and difficulty are important difficulties in the country's strategic goal of poverty reduction.Strengthening research on the issue of precision poverty alleviation in concentrated contiguous poverty-stricken areas has important practical significance for improving China's precision poverty alleviation work and the targeted and effective poverty alleviation of poverty-stricken households.This paper takes the Q village of Zhenba county,a concentrated area in the contiguous area of southern Shaanxi,as an example,takes the rural households in the poverty-stricken areas as the research object,and conducts on-the-spot investigations on the basis of extensive literature review.The study found that despite the implementation of precision poverty alleviation measures since the implementation of a number of poverty-stricken households for the establishment of poverty-stricken families,but due to special natural environment constraints,lack of strategic measures for poverty reduction,there is still a weak ecological environment,family material capital Lack of human capital,unclear precise identification indicators,and single assistance industries.Therefore,in the process of implementation of the precision poverty alleviation strategy,we should implement targeted measures to strengthen infrastructure construction in poor areas,accurately identify the poor,find out the causes of poverty,and implement measures to improve the social security coverage and social support of the poor.Combine poverty alleviation policies to help rural families in poor areas get out of poverty.This paper consists of six parts:The first part mainly discusses the background of the selected topic,the theoretical and practical significance,compile the concentrated destitute areas,precise poverty alleviation poverty problems related to the research topic and research status at home and abroad.It introduces the use of research methods and research innovations,so that provides the backdrop for this article on the basis of research and overall context;The second part gives definition and analysis mainly to poverty,relative poverty and absolute poverty,concentrated destitute areas,precise poverty alleviation in this paper and the related concepts involved in this paper.The mainly based theory of the paper is also mentioned in this part;The third part aims to investigate the population structure,economic development status of the residents in the targeted village and the development of the local anti-poverty work in accordance with the actual situation of Q village and relevant questionnaires.The fourth part is based on a large number of interview material and quantitative data analysis to analyze the practical difficulties and reasons of zhenba Q village in southern shaanxi poor precision of poverty,from the Angle of the farmers themselves and precise poverty alleviation work;The plight of the fifth part for accurate since the implementation of poverty,such as the restriction condition of respectively from farmer own development,government,social organizations in the implementation of the effective participation aspects and puts forward some countermeasures to speed up the concentrated precision in poverty-stricken areas out of poverty;Finally,the conclusion part is a summary of the analysis part in the previous text,presenting the main viewpoints and pointing out the limitations in the research.It also makes a future outlook.
