Study On Supplier Evaluation And Selection Based On KL Electric Company

In this paper,a large number of suppliers on the evaluation and selection methods of research materials;on the basis of careful analysis,in-depth KL Electric Company.for practical research,and business communication and exchange;further understanding of KL Electric Company on supplier evaluation and selection The actual situation and existing problems;put forward to solve the problem of ideas and methods to determine the objectives of this paper.This paper describes the classification and characteristics of suppliers and the concept,content and purpose of supplier evaluation.The basic principles of establishing supplier evaluation index system are extracted,which lays a foundation for establishing a new supplier evaluation index system.Delphi and the entropy weight method,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and so on,which are used in this paper,such as Delphi method,entropy method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and so on.This paper analyzes the current situation of KL Electric Company's purchase of production materials and the process of purchasing and the classification management of suppliers.It finds out that KL's main problems in supplier evaluation and selection are as follows:the supplier selection method is simple and extensive,Of the evaluation system is not perfect,the supplier evaluation index weight is too arbitrary.In view of the above-mentioned problems affecting KL Electric Company's supplier evaluation and selection,the following solutions are proposed and implemented.This paper creates a supplier evaluation index system based on KL company.The index system is composed of seven secondary indicators,subordinate 28 third-level indicators and matching 108 observation indicators(observation points)process.Each of the secondary indicators reflects an aspect of supplier management,which consists of a number of three indicators to form,each of the three indicators there are a number of indicators observed points.The establishment of the index system laid a foundation for the objective and scientific evaluation of suppliers.In this paper,the expert evaluation method(Delphi method),entropy method,multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the KL companies need to evaluate and optimize the suppliers;identified 108 observation points specific score(see Table 5(See Table 5-2).On this basis,seven single-level fuzzy evaluation models for the second-level indicators are established and the corresponding evaluation results are obtained.,And the entropy weight method is used to calculate the weights of the seven second-level indexes.The multi-level fuzzy evaluation model of the overall index is established,and the excellent supplier selection scheme suitable for KL is obtained.For example,the supplier of the production material "LCD" is JY Electronics Co.,Ltd.(supplier C).Based on our research results and KL's production,operation and development needs,proposed some suggestions for the selection of suppliers.
