Research On Supplier Selection And Evaluation System Of C Company

At present,with the acceleration of economic globalization,market competition is becoming more and more fierce.To deal with the trend of supply chain problems aroused people's attention,the main research direction of domestic and foreign scholars is the selection and evaluation of supplier.In fact,the supplier of electronic manufacturing industry is in the primary position of the whole supply chain,which is related to the improvement of enterprise competitiveness.Selecting a supplier that matches its own development to develop into a strategic partner is an important issue for the managers of electronic manufacturing enterprises.This paper studies how to select suppliers and build evaluation index system for the current stage of the development of electronic manufacturing industry.Firstly,this paper gives a brief introduction to the development of C company and the industry status of C company.Then,through the analysis of its members,implementation process,scoring criteria,evaluation indicators and so on,it summarizes the current situation of supplier selection and evaluation of C company and points out the problems.This paper points out that the core problem of C company's supplier management is the imperfection of supplier selection and evaluation index system.Aiming at this problem,this paper constructs a supplier selection and evaluation index system which is in line with the development of C company.Firstly,combining with the research results of some scholars,according to the evaluation index system,taking into account the characteristics of the industry,with the relevant model to classify the C supplier,Firstly,according to the research results of some scholars and considering the characteristics of the industry,the index system of supplier selection and evaluation is constructed by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).This index system makes up for the shortcomings of the previous index system.Finally,according to the evaluation results of the actual implementation of the index system,the most suitable supplier for the development of C company is selected.It is expected that through the research results of this paper,C company will improve in the process of supplier selection.The theoretical research will give some guidance to the C company supplier selection and evaluation,play a practical significance for the construction of other enterprises in the same industry supplier selection and evaluation index system,will be helpful for the development of the electronic manufacturing industry.
