Along with the global integrative development,the allocation of more resources could be reasonably optimized in the world,the competition among enterprises has gradually changed into competition among supply chains.JT company is the purchasing agency for commodity of European supermarkets,the supplier selection model is price-oriented for a long time,This paper uses grey model to predict that the purchasing amount and amount of orders with problem.Now JT company has not paid enough attention to the suppliers' service level,product quality and delivery control in the past years.Excessive price competition reduces the interests of suppliers.When adverse external factors occur,supplier risk increases,JT's suppliers are likely to reduce the quality level,delay delivery,or even abandon orders due to short-term benefits,regardless of the overall interests of the supply chain.This paper uses supply chain management,supplier selection and other theories to link JT company's problems and supplier risks,and selects five supplier evaluation and selection indicators: product quality,price,delivery date,payment method and supplier service.Under different circumstances,the relative influence of criterion layer factors is different.The evaluation team constructs a reasonable pairwise comparison matrix according to actual cases,calculates weight by using analytic hierarchy process,checks consistency,improves the efficiency and accuracy of evaluation and selection.It is concluded that quality is the most important index in the selection of commodity suppliers of JT Company through analysis.The price of products with simple workmanship is second only to quality in the selection of suppliers.For the development of new seasonal products,the importance of delivery time and service is higher than price.When purchasing high-cost hard trolleys,payment term has increased its influence while comparing with regular orders.JT company can effectively select professional and high-quality suppliers to handle the orders,encourage high-quality suppliers and carry out long-term cooperation,analyze the weaknesses of problem suppliers and provide corresponding guidance,lay the foundation for the next cooperation of suppliers,maintain the stability of supply chain,improve the timeliness of order operation,reduce the uncertainty of supply,and effectively improve the competitiveness of supply chains.
