Chongqing is citrus suitable planting area, and is located in Zhongxian County of Chongqing central, the hinterland of the Three Gorges reservoir, planting citrus has a long history, advanced technology, the cultivation of Citrus has obvious advantages and core area of the city is also the citrus industry, demonstration zone. Citrus industry in Zhongxian has developed well, in recent years, there have been some problems, in the final analysis is not enough to improve the system of industrial organization. Therefore, in-depth study and improve the Zhongxian citrus industrial organization model, the citrus industry as of basic instruction in the specific operation, Zhongxian County Rural Economic Growth and increasing farmers'income has great theoretical value and practical significance to promote the Zhongxian citrus industrialization and promoting.First of all. this study access to literature, collected information to understand the background of the citrus industry in Zhongxian, Chongqing, and found that the relevant issues, according to the issue of research programs, while highlighting the innovative points of this study. Secondly, according to the contents of this paper, expounds the industrial organization theory related concepts and theoretical basis, introduced including the Harvard School and the Chicago School of industrial organization theory, and to supplement the theory of industrial organization in China. Then the Chongqing Zhongxian citrus industry development status were introduced. On the one hand, lists, none, Chongqing City, the development of citrus industry, on the other hand introduces characteristics of Zhongxian citrus industry development, mainly carries on the elaboration from the scale, structure, production and other aspects.
