Public Transformer Export Terminal Voltage Qualified Rate Improve Research Mountainous Area

With our country accelerating the construction of new countryside and vigorously support of the former Central Soviet Area and other remote mountainous poverty counties,the contradiction between the growing power supply demand and the current electricity of countryside has become increasingly prominent.Since the central government decision to carry out a new round of rural power grids reconstruction work,accelerating the transformation of rural distribution network will also become a normal work of county-level power supply company,such as the vigorously promoted whole town reconstruction and center village reconstruction.However,in the process of promoting rural power grids reconstruction work,in scarcely populated area like Guangchang County,there are some forms of low voltage situations in the countryside,it is difficult to completely solve the seasonal low voltage problem in some area even if the power distribution points was increased.To provide users with qualified,high-quality electricity is not only the demand of users,but also the basic requirements of quality services for power supply enterprises.High-quality,reliable power supply for the masses is an indispensable necessities of life.The substation distribution problems and 110 k V substation single power supply problems of Guangchang County has basically solved after years of investment in power grid construction,the voltage quality has also been achieved better improvement.However,the voltage qualification rate of transformer outlet in some rural areas did not get obvious improvement.Especially for some remote areas or small hydropower rich townships,because of the power grid planning was unreasonable,lack of daily management or the geographical environment and different number of water quantity in different seasons,the voltage qualified rate of the user side is less than the power grid enterprises to the community commitment to the requirements,and we often overlook the importance of raising the voltage at the outlet side of the public variable passing rate.Therefore,it is very important and urgent to study and solve the problem of low voltage at the outlet of public transformer in some remote areas.This paper combined with the actual operation of the Guangchang County grid in recent years,in accordance with the national network,provincial and municipal companies on the work requirements,aiming at the problem of low voltage at the outlet of common transformer in remote areas,discussed the way to solve the problem of low voltage of transformer outlet in three parts: problems in distribution network planning in rural areas,production management of County company and how to raise the voltage qualification rate of common transformer.Finally,toke the Low voltage special governance funds in 2016 as an example to make a discuss and analyze.
