Supplier integration is one of the important contents of supply chain management research, which is the basis of supplier management and development. In this paper, the status quo, external environment and internal conditions of BZ’s supplier integration strategy are analyzed. And the strategic positioning of supplier integration is further based on SWOT matrix. The article analyzes the status quo, put forward problems, based on practice to solve the problem of the main train of thought to carry out systematic research. The research suggests that BZ’s supplier integration strategy should be based on low-cost strategy. Of course, low-cost strategy here is based on BZ’s supply chain, the best low-cost strategy, the supply chain is best reflected in the BZ between the company and the supplier is a win-win relationship between the two sides, low-cost supplier management is mainly reflected in the integration of agile Information technology.
