With the further development of the socialist market economy system,e-commerce mode is gradually rising in the economic field.Among them,the needs for the development of electronic commerce in agricultural products is more urgent.Neijiang City,as the main e-commerce development area in Sichuan Province,is in the process of e-commerce in agricultural products.Exploration stage,In this paper,the current situation of the development of agricultural products e-commerce in Neijiang City is taken as a breakthrough point.Through the analysis and research of the current situation of its development,the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems are put forward.Based on competitive advantage theory,scale benefit theory and industrial cluster theory,this paper studies and comments on domestic and foreign literature related to e-commerce of agricultural products through literature review,and defines the concept and composition of agricultural products and e-commerce studied in this paper.Through the field investigation,the interview method to the inner river agricultural product ecommerce to carry on the in-depth understanding,and uses the field investigation,the interview to use the case analysis analysis to sum up its existence problem in ecommerce,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasure to the problem.Through the analysis of the current situation,problems and causes of the development of agricultural products e-commerce in Neijiang City and concludes the following points of view:(1)There is a shortage of E-business talents for agricultural products in Neijiang City at this stage,and it can not meet the needs of E-business talents at various levels at this stage;(2)The local landmark agricultural products are few,and the famous agricultural products are rare and lack of influence;(3)The logistics system for agricultural products is not sound,and there is no efficient and smooth modern logistics system so far;(4)The lack of recognition of e-commerce by trading subjects leads to the development of e-commerce in agricultural products.In view of the above conclusions,there four countermeasures are put forward:(1)From the application of the e-commerce platform to the analysis of data,the establishment of an electronic talents reserve mechanism for agricultural products is proposed,and the structure of electronic talents at all levels is optimized;(2)By establishing brand awareness and starting from the competitiveness of agricultural products,we can create agricultural products brands with local characteristics;(3)Establishing modern logistics system is very important for the development of agricultural products e-commerce,and improving logistics distribution is the key;(4)Learning e-commerce related knowledge will lead to changes in agricultural product e-commerce.The starting point is to change the concept of e-commerce in the trading subject.This paper through combing and discussing the development of E-commerce of Neijiang agricultural products,it is possible to explore the development direction of E-commerce of agricultural products that is more suitable for such fourth-tier cities as Neijiang City.
