This article is precisely in this context to study e-commerce mode of current agricultural product in our country, mainly in view of the current domestic and foreign agricultural electronic commerce development present situation carries on the analysis, research and discussion some of the common characteristics, especially in the current prevalence of The Internet Economy in our country, agricultural e-commerce opportunities and challenges, combining with the current agricultural e-commerce enterprises related cases, reasoning, summarizes the problems, and aiming at the existing problem of agricultural e-commerce in practice, puts forward relevant countermeasures.In this paper, combined with the electronic commerce theory and empirical analysis, based on transaction cost theory, value chain and supply chain theory basis, such as analysis of e-commerce practice of current agricultural product in our country, some of the problems in existing in current e-commerce mode to carry on the analysis, to explore a suitable and complex area in our country rural electronic commerce mode.This thesis is divided into six parts, the first part mainly elaborates the background of agricultural e-commerce platform mode, developing agricultural e-commerce in our country the realistic significance of agricultural production as well as about agricultural e-commerce research status at home and abroad;The second part mainly analyzes the electronic commerce development of current agricultural product in our country’s external environment, such as policy, economy and service;The third part mainly analyzes our country agricultural e-commerce in practice, some problems and obstacles;The fourth part of practice case analysis of the application of e-commerce enterprises of agricultural products, hope to be able to draw some common experience.The fifth part mainly elaborates my personal point of view, and promote the development of agricultural e-commerce in our country should adopt some kind of strategy;The sixth part elaborated our country agricultural e-commerce existing opportunities and challenges.
