Operation Mode And Performance Evaluation Research On The Fresh Agricultural Supply Chain Based On The Farmers' Professional Co-operatives

With economic development and living standards improved, people pay more attention to food safety.The fresh produce, which have high nutrition, more freshness, and easy be perishable. Therefore, how to ensure the supply of the fresh produce effectively become key problems, which influences the life quality of people. However, the fresh product structure convergence, circulation field construction pace slow, retail channel impassable, those led to confusion for human consumption of delay, caused the loss of consumers, also influence the realization of the values of agricultural products.The farmers play an important role on the variety, quality and safety of the fresh produce, because they are not only produce the fresh produce but also are the original supplier. At the present time, farmers scattered produce and supply the fresh product, and obeyed the rules by the core enterprises. In this way, the core enterprise decided the way of assign objects, the amount and distribution.Based on related research achievements at home and abroad and the reality of in china, this paper research the market of fresh agricultural products, aim to Increase farmers' income. Through the analysis of three supply models of fresh agricultural products (multistage wholesale market model, corporation plus farmer pattern, and supermarket model), its operation model, and the core enterprise's role, this paper select the supply chain of fresh agriculture products as Research topic. Using IDEF model, this paper constructs the supply chain of fresh agriculture products based on the farmers' professional co-operatives and analysis its five steps: Planning, purchasing, processing, distributing, and return. We will study the function of farmers' professional co-operatives, core enterprise in supply chain, and give the evaluation index system of the farmers' professional co-operatives, and then do performance evaluation based on Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Finally, we do empirical analysis with two farmers' professional co-operatives in China, to verify the possibility of constructing fresh agricultural products with the farmers' professional co-operatives as its core. The innovative work include these aspect: (1) this work take research for the farmers'profession , based on the research about the farmers' professional co-operatives as a kernel corporation, and has significance for boosting farmers'income; (2) this work analyzed three mode of supplies of fresh agricultural products in detail, and summarized the problems with supplies of China fresh agricultural products. To solve these problems, I advanced building supply chains of fresh agricultural products based on the farmers' professional co-operatives. (3)I built a process model of supply chains of fresh agricultural products from the IDEF model, and evaluate it with hierarchical method, to provide advices for the development of the farmers' professional co-operatives.I did systematical study about the building, running of the supply chains of fresh agricultural products and the evaluating of the performance of kernel corporation in-depth, but as complex as the supply chains of fresh agricultural product is and too many things are involved, as the study of multifunction system, information system, mechanism of profile distribution, optimize of the supply chains, It's necessary to do more explore and study on these aspects.
