Along with our country economic development to a certain stage, the economic structure transformation from quantity growth to quality become the focus of the economic development in our country, and enterprise play a backbone role in the economic transformation. In order to achieve the goal of enterprises continue to develop more competitive, the study of human resource management and play the role of talent in the enterprise core competitive ability by various enterprises becomes more and more attention. To implement a good human resource management, it has to the nature of performance management, process and in-depth research.Performance appraisal is one of the effective means of enterprise employees on scientific management, is an important part of M company personnel system reform. Do well performance evaluation to promote the development of M company, enhance the management level of employees, arouse the enthusiasm of enterprise staff has a very important role. Problems existing in the current our country enterprise in performance management has serious influence to middle managers performance evaluation, performance appraisal system is not entirely objective carries on the appraisal and assessment, make the role of middle managers in enterprises has not been fully play. In recent years, with the new management ideas emerge in endlessly, to carry on the scientific management of the enterprise human resources, the demand is higher and higher, how to better motivate middle managers, make it play a better role has become the urgent topic.This article mainly uses the research method in the paper are as follows:(1) the combination of normative analysis and empirical research methods, in the process of research, both at home and abroad about performance management, performance appraisal, middle managers related research were analyzed retrospective analysis, combing and analysis of performance evaluation indexes applied in the field of middle managers performance evaluation of a variety of research ideas and the latest progress, with normative analysis method analyzes the performance appraisal index in the applicability of the performance appraisal management; (2) the qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, enterprise managers especially middle managers performance evaluation index system of building research not only innovative and times, and the process is relatively complex. In this paper, the integrated use of the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, the study of middle managers performance evaluation index system, the analysis of the influence of the factors, the process, then built a middle manager performance evaluation index system of content; (3) the research method of combining theory and practice research in the process of research of this paper, not only for human resource management, management, psychology and behavioral science theories, such as careful and in-depth research, and put these theory and M company middle managers performance evaluation practice, build the middle manager performance evaluation index system.Based on M company as an example, this paper uses relevant theories of performance appraisal, starting from the from the enterprise strategic height, to study the performance appraisal of middle managers, and to build a set of suitable enterprise middle managers performance evaluation index system of performance management provide powerful support for middle managers. The index system based on the enterprise actual situation, can comprehensively and objectively reflect the comprehensive situation middle managers, conforms to the development of enterprise strategic orientation, conforms to the working characteristics of the enterprise middle managers, middle managers for M company and other professional and technical personnel of human resources management, performance appraisal, etc have certain exemplary role.
