The tobacco industry is a very special industry in China,the country gives the tobacco industry monopoly policy.Since China national tobacco corporation was founded in 1982,the tobacco industry made a great contribution for the national economy.But at the same time as the current monopoly industry in our country,the tobacco industry also favored by the double pressure of marketization and tobacco,in this situation,the transformation of the tobacco companies need to find the right way to seek better development.In this paper,the strategic management theory combined with the reality of each H province tobacco company,using PEST analysis,porter analysis way and so on five analysis,SWOT analysis,draw lessons from the advanced experience of the tobacco industry at home and abroad,the current situation of H province tobacco company has carried on the thorough analysis,found the problems of H province tobacco company,to explore the future development direction,determine its development strategy,in order to make H province tobacco companies under pressure to achieve steady growth,enhance the competitiveness and development potential.
