Along with the China's political,economic and communications market environment is becoming increasingly mature and progressive,the telecommunications industry gradually transformed into information services,the development of the industry's influence and even change the way of the people's production and lifestyle.The H Company is a provincial communications enterprise,how under the new market and opportunities,the reason to the change of industrial structure and competitive landscape,by forming highly conforms to the current industrial structure and competition pattern of the marketing strategy,seize development opportunities to meet the challenge,for the H Company's long-term development has the important practical significance.In this paper,from the overall development situation of information service industry,analyse the status of domestic telecommunication market,using the PEST analysis and the SWOT analysis method,we can plan and get guarantee measures of the H Company's marketing strategy.Based on the above research,can think providing practical guidance significance for the development of the H Company,can also be marketing strategic planning provides guidance for the relevant enterprises.
