Developing countries in recent years,the increasing emphasis on innovation and entrepreneurship work,Prime Minister Li Keqiang,"Peoples innovation,people start" thinking in the government work report,pointed out that the national attention for innovative work in the future development." China 2025 " release plan,no doubt this idea into the best interpretation of guidance and advice,but also for the Chinese economy,especially a plan for the future development of manufacturing industry,it also from a side note,the SMEs to obtain long-term development It must be based on the national development plan as the yardstick,a breakthrough in the country to encourage the development of the project,will it be possible to get more help and support to national and local governments.From this perspective,it is necessary for SMEs on the basis of an accurate grasp of national policies and development direction,based on the policies and the development of their enterprises fit business practice,is converted to the needs of enterprises,and continue to implement,so not only can get state and local government support,and development of the interests of employees can be effectively related to the formation of enterprise development is energy,thus promoting the health and development of enterprises.However,some SMEs own drawbacks,such as the difficulty of shortage of funds,professional and technical personnel and the introduction of innovative talents,seriously restricting the development of SMEs innovation.Under the "Peoples innovation,people business," the voice,ability to innovate has become increasingly common cause of staff researchers and management experts attention.But the difference between ordinary people and business innovation and technical personnel,resulting in an analysis of the general staff can not copy the innovation capacity of existing models and innovative experiences.Changxing Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.is more representative of the small and medium enterprises,in order to select the company as a research sample,its status quo general staff of innovation,influencing factors were analyzed,no doubt has important theoretical and practical value.In this paper,based on motivation theory,motivation theory and the theory of planned behavior to affect employee innovation capacity factors were analyzed,using the form of a questionnaire survey,a comprehensive exposition of employees in innovation capacity on the basis of a result of the combined capacity of employees to innovate Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.Changxing actual development,elaborated by the innovation and development of the status quo and issues,focusing on the innovation capacity of the general staff system analysis,and ultimately concluded that: staff innovation capacity factors can be grasped from the internal and external factors two aspects,staff internal factors containing factors of its own staff and career development factors,external influences which contains the employee work environment,incentives and innovation policies,through analysis confirmed the presence of significant individual differences in employee innovation.
