Private banking services is one of the types of banking services,dedicated to high-net-worth individual clients to provide professional,personalized financial and non-financial services.The date of “The Private Banking of China,2016: Contrarian Growth of Global Configuration” show that by the end of 2015,the total investment financial assets of Chinese individuals is about 113 trillion yuan,up 24% from a year earlier;With investible assets of more than 6 million high-net-worth Chinese family size breakthrough 2.07 million,average annual compound growth rate of 26.1%,over the past three years investment assets reached 49.72 trillion yuan.High-net-worth families in 2016 is expected to increase to 2.37 million,but investment assets reached 58.9 trillion yuan.With domestic high-net-worth population sharp growth,China's private banking services reflect the huge development potential.Since 2007,as the foreign banks have set up private banking in China,even part of the city commercial banks also have launched their own private banking,private banking has become the financial hot areas;Due to the high profit and low cost characteristics,under the lower economic growth,private banking has high attractive and good prospects for development.The research of private banking business development,especially the private banking business development of the county branch at the grassroots level to boost bank high-end service efficiency,improve the high-net-worth clients service system at the primary level,to improve the competitiveness of commercial Banks also has very important practical significance.Specifically,this article first and layout situation of ICBC private banking simply described,and the content of the eight for ICBC private banking service explain,for the research of ICBC-GR Sub-branch's business development strategy to provide theoretical support in the future.Secondly,the development status of the GR branch of the private banking business with existing customer growth fluctuations,analysis of customer structure unbalance and customer asset allocation problems,combined with typical cases in the practice of the causes of the problems,such as the customer's personal asset allocation concept is not mature,the wealth of the whole service team the level is not high,"customer-centric" business principles and did not implement customer development maintenance mechanism is not perfect and other in-depth analysis.Again,through the SWOT analysis,in view of the ICBC-GR sub-branch of private banking business marketing environment analysis,macro and micro environment analysis,concluded: The sustainable development of the GR sub-branch private banking business is need to give full play to the advantages,overcomes the disadvantages,seize the opportunity,resolve the threat,need to develop a more specific,the executable business development strategy.Finally,through the author's years of high-net-worth customer service experience and investigation and analysis,combining the GR sub-branch in the process of developing the private banking business of the bottleneck,targeted put forward GR branch of ICBC private banking business development strategy for the future,committed to the ICBC-GR sub-branch to forge a benchmarking sub-branch in the system of private banking services line in shandong branch.
