The article then analyzes the causes of the problem,including the idea of leading the private banking business,the lack of training of wealth consultants,and the wrong way of assessing the wealth consultant,the paper puts forward three suggestions.First,the effective dissemination of ideas of practice,mainly through training and so on.Second,we should strengthen the training of wealth consultants,specifically by spending money,learning from mature private banking businesses such as the US and Europe,and third,strengthening the construction of a team of wealth advisers and building a highly qualified workforce.From the point of view of the wealth consultant and the theory of life cycle and asset allocation,this paper,based on the corresponding literature and information in the industry,is collected and collated and read extensively through the collection of documents,in view of the current situation of the development of private banking in our country,the existing problems are analyzed,and the countermeasures to solve the problem and suggestions for improvement are put forward.The article first explains the basic concept,theoretical basis,the intention and goal of the bank to establish the private banking business,the thought of realizing the goal and the development of private banking with the economic deepening.Secondly,the article briefly describes the general situation of Yangzhou Branch from the angle of customer base and competitive position,and briefly describes the current status of the bank's business,along the lines of private banking in Europe and the US.Then,through the overall economic environment of the Yangzhou region,the GDP position,the private banking development of Bank Y is not matched to the regional economy,and analyses the problems in the bank's private banking business,the main issues include unreasonable sales orientation,lack of high-quality talents,single products,importance of leadership,customer service and so on.The article then analyzes the causes of the problem,including the idea of leading the private banking business,the lack of training of wealth consultants,and the wrong way of assessing the wealth consultant,the paper puts forward three suggestions.First,the effective dissemination of ideas of practice,mainly through training and so on.Second,we should strengthen the training of wealth consultants,specifically by spending money,learning from mature private banking businesses such as the US and Europe,and third,strengthening the construction of a team of wealth advisers and building a highly qualified workforce.According to the present situation,problems and reasons of the private banking business of Bank Y branch of g bank,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of private banking business.Under this recommendation,the bank's "customer-centered" ideas will be implemented,and the building of the talent pool will be a success for concrete implementation.This is instructive for the development and maintenance of high-quality customers in the Y branch of g bank,and enhance the market competitiveness of the bank.For other banks with the same business model and similar customer groups,the research results of this paper also have some reference significance.
