| In the part of human resource management,compensation management is the most significant and difficult task.A Auto Sale & Service company is founded in 2013,which is the dealer of Mercedes Benz.In early year,because of Financial pressure,operating experience and budget cost control,high sales staff liquidity make the negative effect on A company.In the paper,the theoretical research and case study methods were used,in order to analysis the Compensation of A company.There are five chapters in this paper: Firstly analysis the using Compensation of A company and finding the problems it has.And then picking up the suggestions based on the Clear salary strategy,fully research industry data,reflect the fairness.Design a set of incentive compensation scheme and flexible indirect compensation plan.Finally,the results of optimal design are evaluated.Based on the investigation,research and analysis of the sales consultant compensation system of A company,the optimal design is presented through the problems of its compensation scheme,which contains goal direction,fairness and ignoring non-economic reward.The optimized sales consultant’s compensation scheme effectively supports the A’s management strategy,and will unify the sales consultant and the company’s goal.At the same time,the optimal compensation scheme is based on the theory of fairness and the hierarchy of needs,which readjusted the direction and the divided of the rank appraisal.The days of messing has been broken by the optimal compensation scheme,which reduces the relative operating costs of the company while ensuring the overall salary increase of sales consultants.And it lays a good foundation for human-resource for A company in the fierce market competition in the future. |
