Design of compensation is precondition and import part that establish moderncompensation management system, it is import course of human resource management anddevelopment also. The main tasks of human resource management and development areattracting, stabilizing, training, using, inspiring talents and increasing economic benefits, atthe same time talents work hard to realize the objects of organization. The design ofcompensation system is interrelate with the tasks. This thesis tries to deal with the issue ofcompensation management, it also can be a reference for the same sort enterprises.By the analysis, research and compare of the old wages system in Company ofshandong huaxin engineering consultant, this paper finds out the problems withcompensation management, then it brief introduces wages theory and motivation theory andresearches the essence, characteristic, functions, influence factors, basic forms, basicprinciples of design and so on. Reasonable compensation may not only satisfy with lowdemand of employees, but also satisfy with high demand of employees, in this way it canbring forward different motivation effects, at the same time it can promote employees higherworking performance than before. Under the compensation theory and the motivation theory,based on the development strategy and compensation principles of Company, bycombining with the job analysis and job estimate ,then it emphasizes to reform thecompensation system of huaxin engineering consultant company, the thesis redesigns itscompensation system. The new system takes principles of equity,motivation,competition,economy and legitimation, it aims for the bottleneck department of human resourcessection and the concern for key posts at the present stage in this enterprise, and adopts theshort-term incentive to realize attracting and stabilizing of core staff. The newcompensation system regards the performance management as important content ofcompensation management and combines the compensation system with job performance ofcompany employees. At last it puts in practice and estimate the new compensation system. Itcomes into being the new compensation motivation mechanism in Company, the newmechanism creates the new conditions of paying stuff on performance, rational stimulation,attracting talents. Although there are all sorts of disadvantages in the redesign ofcompensation of huaxin engineering consultant Company and its running time is relativelyshort, it has already improved the human resource management of this company effectively.The new compensation system has realized the attraction ,encouragement and developmentof talents, and supported the second phase of development of this company.
