Research On The Crowding Effect Of China's Manufacturing Space Agglomeration From The Perspective Of Heterogeneity

Since the reform and opening up,the scale of the development of the manufacturing industry continues to grow up.The rapid development of manufacturing industry and manufacturing industry agglomeration scale effects can not be separated,however,with the increasing degree of industrial agglomeration,it also brings a series of economic and social problems in the regional development disparity,factor prices,excessive competition,many scholars have pointed out that the manufacturing industry has excessive agglomeration of factors,crowded Industry Agglomeration Negative effect.Measures must be taken to crowding effect of industrial agglomeration is improved.Firstly,on the whole of our country manufacturing industry agglomeration is analyzed,from the perspective of industry agglomeration,technology intensive industry is significantly highest,the agglomeration degree of labor-intensive industries showed first increased and then decreased.From a regional perspective,the degree of agglomeration in the East and West was gradually reduced,the degree of agglomeration in the central region in the growing.The Malmquist index method based on DEA model is used to calculate the TFP,and it is found that the overall efficiency of China's manufacturing industry is on the rise.By building the total factor productivity effect of industry level model,using the industry of 2001-2011 panel data,it is found that from the perspective of industry heterogeneity,the research on the grouping of different factor intensive industries is found.China's four categories of industry,labor intensive industry has appeared more obvious industrial agglomeration crowding effect.And the industry agglomeration of technology intensive industry and capital intensive industry is still the leading role of scale effect.Finally,from the perspective of firm heterogeneity,Zhejiang province textile industry as the research object,by constructing a model of enterprise productivity,using the approximate total factor productivity to measure the productivity of enterprises,using the enterprise cross section data of 2005,2009,2013 three years found that the influence of enterprise scale to productivity presents scale heterogeneity.In 2005,the textile industry of Zhejiang province is still in the state of economies of scale,scale efficiency in large enterprises is more obvious;but in 2009 there is no economies of scale,in the large-scale enterprises crowding effect is obvious.For small-scale enterprises,enterprise scale still promotes the production efficiency.In 2013,although diseconomies of scale have weakened,but still have a certain negative impact on large-scale enterprises.Based on this,this paper finally puts forward suggestions on the improvement of the crowding effect at the industrial level and the enterprise level.
