Research On Credit Risk Management

Alongside with the development of China economy,trade on credit is not anything new anymore and credit risk has also been the focus of many companies.Many companies cannot get their money back,even face bankrupt after trading on credit,which will influence the health of Chinese economy.The characteristics of seed industry have decided that credit risk have stronger influence on them because of their bad ability to cope with managerial problems.This paper adopts the case analysis method,using both qualitative and quantitative methods,and does an analysis of China National Seed Group.After the analysis of China National Seed Group case,this paper extends its solution to the whole seed industry considering the unique characteristics of this industry.This paper has five parts in total.In the first part,it describes the background and purpose,analysis method,innovation and limitation.In the second part of literature review,it seeks the essence of credit and credit risk.In the third part,this paper introduces the case of China National Seed Group and analyses its consumer group to find out how much credit risk it faces.In the fourth part,this paper tries to give solution advice based on the previous analysis.After that,this paper also extends its solution to the whole seed industry considering the unique characteristics of this industry.In the last part,it does a conclusion of this paper.
