AVIC Hunan General Aviation Engine Co.,Ltd.Manufacture&Trade Intermational(hereinafter referred to as the "GAECMTI")mainly engaged in the international subcontract processing of aero engine components,and the GE,PW&C,Honeywell and SNECMA and other international aviation giants have established a long-term cooperati've relationship.But in the increasingly competitive international air subcontract market competition,only to further improve its own technology,management level,meet the growing demand for customers,can be in the world's air subcontract market in an invincible position.This article mainly introduces the lean idea as the main line in the actual production process of aero engine parts and components in GAECMTI,using such as TPM,RCCA,VSM,3P,SR and so on.Organize and implement the concept of balanced production and deepen it,so that it can become the core competitiveness of enterprises.Make full and reasonable use of existing resources,break through a series of problems such as long production cycle,Various,high failure rate of key equipment,and the influence of change on the enthusiasm of production line operators in the production process of Aero-Engine parts and components,so as to make the enterprises' Limited resources to serve aviation directly and efficiently.The production and manufacture of the engine actively carry out the balanced and punctual production in the processing of aero engine parts so as to provide the customers with reliable and excellent aero engine parts on time and in quantity.In the process of reforming the internal process and organization model of the enterprise,the management system and the business process must be taken into consideration in accordance with the new management mode,and there must be a performance appraisal method matching with it to ensure that the design scheme can be effectively and effectively landed,in order to achieve a benign sustainable development.Through the study of this article,the introduction of international advanced management concepts and tools,combining it with the actual situation of the enterprise,establishes a balanced production management improvement model supported by lean production,ACE and AOS in GAECMTI.The inevitable choice to grasp opportunities and meet challenges and enhance their core competitiveness...
