Study On The Influence Of Independent Innovation Behavior On Performance In High-tech Enterprise

Global scientific and technological revolutions help China and Chinese party recognize the important role of innovation in economic development.The party desires scientific achievements and being the scientific power throughout the world.Under the support of the party's policy,a large number of high-tech enterprises spring up and become the China's international backbone force.In this regard,based on the high-tech enterprise,which as a breakthrough,I studied the effect of enterprise Innovation behavior on performance in order to help the healthy development of high-tech enterprises.To make the effect more clear between the high-tech enterprise independent innovation behavior and performance,I used the literature to review and sort out the previous study.I tried to find out the possibility,which could help divide the independent innovation into two parts: exploratory independent innovation behavior and exploitative independent innovation behavior.Then by the help of induction and learning from the typical enterprise,the characteristic of the two parts appeared.These characteristics could be compared with related concepts.Next step,by using the deductive method,hypotheses were pointed out.These included: the independent innovation behavior had a positive and significant impact on enterprise performance;exploratory independent innovation behavior and exploitative independent innovation behavior had positive impacts on enterprise performance;two independent innovation behavior in different areas played different performance.Through designing questionnaire,surveying the company and collecting the data,I tried to test validity and reliability of data samples,which then had been expected.Buffer effects and differences analysis showed that "industry" could be used as a control variable to make the difference of the independent variable effect on the dependent variable more clear.In addition,regression analysis and correlation analysis also had been used to verify the relationship between the two independent innovation behavior and performance.Eventually I proposed a series of recommendation,I hoped to help future development process in companies.Outlook showed that based on the limitedstudy,there were some areas for improvement to future scholars.
