Research On The Development Strategy Of CCWE Based On China's New Energy Policy

China Creative wind Energy Co.Ltd is one of the major domestic wind power company,the new energy policy of the CRE wind have a broader development prospect.Wind power generation is a clean energy power generation project,which is conducive to the realization of sustainable development of our country,and its research significance is far-reaching.The country currently has in the aspects of breaking the bottleneck of the development of wind power,"13th Five-Year" during the inevitable formation of effective measures.The wind CRE company itself is also a stage of rapid development of enterprises after the corresponding appeared a series of problems,such as the functions of management and project management does not straighten out,facing the contradiction lag rapid development and management,obviously can't adapt to the organization structure and management mode of talent.In this paper,the following studies are carried out for the above problems:First of all,analyze the status of wind power generation and new energy policy,and then Issue the analysis of research status about comparison between China and abroad.Secondly,analyze the new energy wind power and development strategy for preparing to lay the theoretical foundation;Then,discuss the development environment and competitiveness of CCWE,analysis of the present situation and its prospects of development,including the company's overview,the development of environment,also including both of the wind energy and the wind energy's development.Finally,based on the method of SWOT analysis,the development strategy of China Wind Energy Company(S)and the disadvantages(W)of objective existence,we should understand our own characteristics,exerting our superiority and overcome the disadvantages.At the same time,we should grasp the current opportunities and the challenge which we are facing.After that,put forward the opinion of safeguard measures to ensure fulfill the company's strategy.Finally realize the strategic target of "China's Wind,China's energy".
