is presented by the new product-related material details,it is an important component.X company in the whole process of product management has been the use of the ERP system,and BOM is the most important part of it.ERP system,the most important feature is the sharing of information can be achieved,so you can work a lot more efficient.In order to bring greater benefits to enterprises,so that enterprises have more long-term development,we must implement and apply multi-project management methods.The aim of multi-project management is to focus on the coordinated and orderly management of multiple projects while adopting advanced management ideas and methods in the optimized organizational model,and make use of all the effective R &D resources in the enterprise,Progress,quality and
