Globalization and economic development make the company’s market opportunitygrowing, This paper is referred to an international non-standard equipment manufacturingenterprises of multi-project management problems and suggestions for improvement. Withthe increasing complexity of project management, projects increasingly close relationships.Traditional project management has gradually developed into multi-project management.The vast majority of project-oriented enterprises are currently using the original singleproject management model plus some auxiliary measures, to try to achieve theeffectiveness of multi-project management. But while facing to the current multi-level projectmanagement at the theoretical case of lack of the necessary systems in practice, the actualsituation is not satisfactory. Theoretical study of its use is mainly based on a wealth of informationrelated to the collection, digestion foundation. Secondly, through analysis and research ofnon-standard equipment manufacturing enterprise class project based multi-project management status and problems of point analysis, it carries out to improve the measuresenumerated; Finally, based on the enterprise multi-project management’s major problems,as well as the objectives of establishing a complete sets of multi-project managementsystem objectives, it elaborates improvements in the company of the MP practicalexploration.
