Research On Peasant Financial Cooperation Wishes

Rural finance is a solution to rural economic, a good financial environment is an import ant factor in the development of the rural economy. After years of reform and development, China's current rural financial system consists of three parts which are policy finance, and c ooperative finance but commercial finance are is escaping the rural market, and the supporti ve ability of policy finance is relatively weak for rural economic development. Cooperative finance, as the main access that farmers get financial support and service, still exists proble ms which will hold back the development of economy.Articles starting with the perspective of farmers, the author sort the articles relevant to farmers willingness of financial cooperation and illustrate relating concepts and theoretical b asis. Secondly taking rural credit cooperatives, rural credit union funds three foundations as examples to he development of rural cooperative finance in our country and comparative adv antages and the value and significance of cooperative finance.Then analyzes the farmers'fina ncial Availability willingness to cooperate, it was found financial cooperation willingness of farmers is not high,and find the reason from three perspectives which are financial cooperati on organizations, individual farmers, government agencies.Furthermore, the writer uses empi rical measurement method analyzes the factors affecting the farmers financial willingness to cooperate.It was found that farmers sex, education, financial institutions lending experience, awareness and the level of activity of cooperatives these five factor has significant impact on the farmers willingness.Finally, according to the conclusions of the above policy recommen dations in six areas:(1) Credit unions and other organizations to strengthen the function of fi nancial cooperation, to prevent the alienation of its function; (2) Strengthen the policy-orient ed financial support to rural financial cooperation; (3) Formulate and improve cooperation in financial laws and regulations, to name the financial cooperation; (4) Active in the educatio n and training of farmers, farmers raise the cultural level; (5) Increase the publicity financial cooperation, enhance the level of awareness of farmers and financial cooperation capacity; ( 6) Good cooperative organizations such as supervision and assessment work, to play its finan cial co-feature.
