Study On Ningxiang County Agricultural Products Electronic Commerce Current Situation And Development Strategy

Sales process of agricultural products, as an important link in agricultural industry, is directly related with farmer income. With the rapid development of society, the traditional sales mode of agricultural products can no longer meet the requirements of the modern market any more. In the mobile internet era, Internet plus agriculture appears to subvert the traditional trade way, it has many advantages:reduce intermediate link, reduce cost of sales, not restriction by geographical and all-weather trade, etc. The application of E-commerce of agricultural products has gradually risen, the E-commerce of agricultural products utilizes modern information technology to the production and sales of agricultural products, its purpose is to minimize the cost of agricultural product sales, expand the sales market and provide a solution for the situation of asymmetric information and unsmooth logistics occurring in the agricultural products sale process.In this paper, we select Hunan Ningxiang county as the research subject, the development situation of internet plus agricultural products in Ningxiang county is studied. At first, we start at the actual situation of the development of Ningxiang county internet plus agricultural products; The related theory knowledge of E-commerce of agricultural products are explained in detail, we introduce the theories of transaction cost, scale economy, supply chain and other related agricultural products E-commerce theory. And then we analyze the status quo of the development of Ningxiang county internet plus agricultural products, the existence problems and the opportunities are also analyzed. Then Ningxiang agricultural products E-commerce security problem is studied, including food safety and the safety of sales network platform. We propose that the quality of agricultural products can be made through constructing agricultural products traceability system to strictly be controlled. Finally, through the investigation and analysis, some suggestions to the development of internet plus agricultural products in Ningxiang are proposed. In this paper, the study aims to promote the development of Ningxiang internet plus agricultural products, promote the circulation of agricultural products and increase the farmer's income, we would like to contribute our efforts to the development of the rural economy.
