Problems And Countermeasures Of Poverty Alleviation In The Characteristic Industry Of Weishan Township,Ningxiang City,Hunan Province

With the gradual improvement of China's social structure and the continuous progress of economic development,the problem of poverty will gradually become a bottleneck problem that hinders China's social development.The Party Central Committee has been driving poor areas and poor people to get rid of poverty and become rich through various measures.The year 2020 is a decisive year for China to build a well-off society and a year for the successful completion of China's first century-old goal.The CPC Central Committee has proposed ways of helping the poor by industry to lift them out of poverty,which is also an important part of precision poverty alleviation work.At the present stage,the allocation of social resources and the development of industrial structure in poor areas are still in the backward stage,which is the social problem that the government departments should focus on.It is the core content of the precision poverty alleviation work that the industry pro-poor puts forward to follow the development-style development thought,can take into account the poor area resources characteristic and the poor household poverty reality,excavates the poverty-stricken area and the poor population poverty-free driving force.Precision poverty alleviation is closely related to industry poverty alleviation,which is the perfect expansion of precision poverty alleviation.Precision poverty alleviation can make clear the development direction of industry poverty alleviation,according to the poverty-causing population to formulate targeted poverty relief programs.Based on the actual education level of the poor population,industrial resources and different skills,put forward effective strategies to help the industry.Not only that,as a perfect expansion of precision poverty alleviation,industry poverty alleviationcan provide strategic direction for the implementation of precision poverty alleviation,so it seems necessary to ensure the common development of industry poverty alleviation and precision poverty alleviation in order to achieve satisfactory poverty eradication results.This paper,by sorting out the relevant statistical yearbooks and combining with the natural,resource and cultural characteristics of the township,explores in detail the actual work of poverty alleviation of industries with regional characteristics in the township of Ningxiang,and puts forward a new direction of industry poverty alleviation with regional characteristics of the township.In this paper,the paper analyzes the poverty alleviation of the characteristic industries in Weishan Township as the research object,summarizes the characteristics of the poverty alleviation system of the characteristic industries implemented in Weishan Township at the present stage,the effectiveness of the industry poverty alleviation and the short board exposed in the implementation of the poverty alleviation system,and systematically expounds the shortcomings and innovative ideas of the poverty alleviation work in Weishan Township.In the context of rural revitalization,from many aspects to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the revitalization of the rural characteristic industry,so as to provide decision-making reference for the poverty alleviation of the rural characteristic industry to the industrial revitalization,but also to explore the rural characteristics of poverty alleviation industry reflected by the reform direction of future industrial development.
