Under the age of globalization, the enterprises are in a corresponding irresistible integration market environment. The threats and challenges faced by enterprises depend on the strength of their own competitive ability in the environment. Whereas, Chinese enterprises lack independent innovation ability, To enhance our capacity for independent innovation, improving enterprise innovation ability should be put on a prominent position As the main body of the market, enterprises are more close to the market than any other organizations.After 20 years of development, market orientation has gradually formed a relatively complete theoretical system in the continuous development. Although the domestic research on the market orientation theory started late, but the application of market orientation in China has been very extensive. During the past 30 years in foreign countries, the researches on the market orientation are the most famous research topics in the field of design. But most of them stay in the definition and measurement of market orientation.There are some researches on the relationship between market orientation and enterprise innovation ability of some research, but not forming a system. But few researches are done interiorly. Market trends associate a lot with enterprise market. Meanwhile enterprises can be replaced by each other by the reason that Kos did not clear the relationship between the enterprise and the market.In this purpose, this paper first make use of the theory of system dynamics methods, from the research steps of the study on the dynamical system. Focus on the effect analysis of the formation of enterprise innovation ability under the guidance of the market, Through literature review, the factors that influence the formation of enterprise innovation capability are sorted and selected, Features analysis is made between the enterprise innovation ability in the various stages and influencing factors. Further more, influence factor analysis was used for identifying the core factors. Establish the enterprise innovation ability under the guidance of market model, and simulate the formation of enterprise innovation ability. Combined with the related factors and causality analysis, construct the system dynamics model of enterprise innovation capability. Model validation is finished based on characterization variables and theoretical basis. Finally further sensitivity analysis is made based on the effect of the characterization of the core influencing factors of the whole system.This paper describes the path of the formation of enterprise innovation ability under the guidance of market based on system theory. Main factors affecting the formation of innovation ability of enterprises are analyzed. Then the system dynamics model was built, achieving system simulation by Vensim PLE software. Such inspiration as follows:(1)The market demand of information in the enterprise's innovation ability system, as the advantages of knowledge and information, plays a key role. In vigorously promoting scientific and technological innovation of enterprises, we should pay attention to guiding the market information acquisition and application for the development of enterprise innovation, realizing the organic combination of market information and enterprise innovation better, enhance the innovation development level making full use of market information(2)The number of customers has a significant impact on the formation of enterprise innovation ability. It reflects the efficiency between innovation and output. It should be effectively combined with the number of customers and enterprises innovation output. To improve the ability of the enterprise to enhance the number of customers, is to ensure sustained innovation output capability, and maintain the core competitiveness of enterprises. Meanwhile strengthen the combination of enterprise and customers, promoting the system coordinated development of enterprise innovation ability.(3) Increase the projects number of inter departmental cooperation. Promote close cooperation and collaborative innovation between departments. Strengthen communication and exchanges between enterprises. The projects number of inter departmental cooperation plays a key role in the formation of enterprise innovation ability. While vigorously promoting the innovation of enterprises, it is also important to strengthen exchanges and cooperation between departments. Through the department cooperation to realize information sharing. Making full use of information resources to enable enterprises in the development of innovative capacity of the environment, constantly enhance the competitiveness, making the enterprise innovation capability of the system operate continuously and effectively.To sum up, market orientation of enterprise innovation capability formation dynamic mechanism study. In this study, the research enterprise into the path, market information transmission path, the path of enterprise technology training, market demand oriented path, firm market interaction way research, various paths interaction, constitute the complex system.
