A Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Cooperative Of Science And Technology Development

Rural cooperative of science and technology is an organization which aims to popularize agricultural science and technology, and introduce new technology of agricultural production, new varieties of agricultural products and new mode of production. It is the important part of rural public service, as well as the continuous driving force to develop rural productivity and improve the production efficiency. In the aspects of promotion of agricultural science and technology, sales of agricultural products, transmission of agricultural science and technology information, rural cooperative of science and technology plays a great role. To develop the rural cooperative of science and technology is a key link in the process of the current rural economic construction in China. It is of great significance to consolidate the basic status of agriculture in our country, enhance farmers’awareness of cooperative, develop the industrialization of agricultural science and technology, and promote our competitiveness of agriculture in the world.This study is based on the "four modernizations" in Hunan province, taking Hunan province as the study area, selecting Yiyang in Hunan province as the research object, exploring the city’s rural development, agricultural advantages, especially analyzing the special advantage of the agricultural industry in the region. This paper discusses the status of rural cooperative of science and technology, and further analyzes the construction of rural cooperative of science and technology in this area, as well as the existing problems and reasons. This study thinks that the main reasons to arouse the current problems in the scientific and technological cooperative of rural area are varied, such as the inadequate guidance of policy, the lack of construction funds and the low personnel quality, according to which the corresponding countenneasures are proposed in this study.
