A Study On Regional Land-use Sustainable Planning In Central Less-developed Regioans

Sustainable development has been the basic strategy of all the countries in the world.To implement local sustainable development,sustainable use of natural especially the sustainable land use is the geographic foundation.Land use planning is the base of land recourses management,if let sustainable land use ensure the sustainable development of economy and society in area,then must do well the edit of new land use planning.we should use the sustainable development idea in the new land use planning,when confirm the planning guidance,principle,goal and all kind of land index,we must do well the relationship in development of economy and society and recourses protection,the relationship in human and nature,build up the whole concept,public participation concept and ecological landscape concept etc.promote rationalization and durative of land use in the well environment.The theses focus on four parts:Firstly,the author analyzed the background of this thesis,makes an overview on the researches about the sustainable use of land planning at home and abroad.Secondly,through of the expatiate on the theory of sustainable development and land use planning of area,bring forward the method of land sustainable use planningThird,put forward the project of the land sustainable use planning in Chizhou,exercise some idea include plan as a whole of area,circulate economy,landscape ecological,elasticity planning,public participation to workout the project.Last,on the basis of the analysis and estimate the project of the land use planning in Chizhou,bring forward some way to improve the project of land use planning of area.
