Study On The Optimization Of Chemical Raw Material Procurement Process In JT Company

With the continuous development of global economy,the worsening global economic crisis,the industry is becoming more and more competition,the competition between enterprises and enterprises become the efficiency,cost,and competition between supply chains.Procurement as one of the most important link in the supply chain is being more and more enterprises attach importance to and constantly optimize procurement processes,improve purchasing strategy,and become an effective way to improve enterprise competitiveness.Similarly,the optimization of procurement process for iron and steel enterprises under the current economic crisis also has a great value.Based on the domestic large steel enterprises JT company as the research object,aiming at a series of problems existing in the corporate procurement process of chemical materials purchasing cycle is long,low efficiency of procurement,Approval link more,take conveyor belt and degreasing agent for example,use of flow chart and value stream map way,respectively for purchasing program management,implementation and management,logistics management,billing management and evaluation of management analysis and cycle describes to find out underlying reasons.This paper based on the idea of ECRS,according to the process optimization process,from supplier development to purchasing evaluation management six links process optimization and process reengineering.Through the study of this paper,for the JT company developed a set of efficient chemical materials purchasing process optimization strategy,make the chemical materials purchasing process reduces the many repeat and wait for the audit time,improve procurement efficiency,shorten the procurement cycle,the entire process to achieve by standardization to the transformation of automation and intelligent.Through this research can be seen,only good purchasing process to improve procurement efficiency,reduce the purchasing cost and risk,and the procurement process optimization can't be generalized,to be established according to different situation of the enterprise,the future should focus more on the procurement process optimization planning and implementation of research on the process.
