Study On Material Procurement Process Optimization Of Gn Company

With the fast development of economy and technology, the communications industry is experiencing more and more competition, communication enterprises face business innovation, Internet evolution, product integration and the comprehensive adjustment throughout the management. Communications enterprise also can’t simply focus on the costs and benefits of the enterprise management, but need to connect purchase, the engineering construction, the service and sales link as a whole the value chain, to realize supply chain management. After complete fusion of GN Company, the original mobile business and the newly added fixed and broadband business involves the purchase of the engineering materials model can no longer suit to the changing market environment. There is a series of problems in the logistics purchasing process that causes loss.This paper aims to find the problems in the process of GN Company logistics purchasing and so on. In the study of the theory of related, it would analyze the problem and put forward the solution of logistics purchasing process. The article is divided into six parts, meanwhile the third part and the fourth part is the focus of the full text.The first part is introduction, which introduces the background and significance of research and this research method and content. The second part introduces the related theory essence, the key point is to referral purchase, purchasing management, supply chain and other theory descriptions and analyzes the application scope. The third part introduces the general situation, the market environment, and the problems and reasons in the purchasing management process. The fourth part at first give a choice that the GN company purchasing process optimization method, then respectively optimizes from some aspects such as the procurement organization system design, procurement contract examination and approval process optimization, provincial supplier optional library establishment and restoration, inventory moved forward flow optimization the process optimization design. The fifth part is about the implementation of the steps from process optimization and preparing the measures and implementation of strategies and how to deal with the difficulties and the support and the organizational safeguard, the leadership and the implementation of the GN company process optimization.
