As the main body of the relocation of Shougang,SGJT company strive to become the high quality sheet production base with international advanced level and independent innovative demonstration plant.Automotive steel has been positioned as top-end premium cold rolling plate and strip,which to drive the production and quality management level of other products.Automotive steel does not only need the strictly control for the defects of each process,but also adopted a consistent concept of quality management to organize production.Earlier stage,make product quality decision according to sampling check,this traditional inspection methods conflict with the demands of the whole processing quality control of automotive steel,can not meet the requirement of quality differentiation among different customs.In this paper,we carried out the main research on the grading decision rules of the surface quality and management control during the production process of automobile steel,The core content is surface quality grades and the corresponding relations,surface quality decision rules and its adaptability,the process management control of automobile steel design of information system function.Through the determination of the surface quality of classification and its logical relationship among steelmaking,hot rolling and cold rolling process,we established the whole process grading decision rules of the surface quality of automobile steel with the severity of the various defects.Based on the quality control points of each process,we created a process control mode of automobile steel surface quality.We integrated the essence of decision rules and process control,developed surface quality grading decision system of automobile steel,not only provided the reliable decision rules and information system for the production and quality management of appliances and tinning plate,but also pushed forward the connection between SGJT and advanced enterprises both at home and abroad,and moved gradually to the target of fine plate base.It also provides a certain reference to the theory and practice method for other similar projects.It has achieved the quality control of steelmaking,hot rolling and cold rolling process,realized quality inspection and grading decision of.the whole process,greatly provided convenience for production planning and scheduling and product development.The next step,adhere to the strategy of "OUT" and "IN",to understand the different requirements of different car factories,rich the differentiate and personalized decision rules.Besides,we need to accelerate the online product quality decision and information sharing,to meet the user's accurate understanding of product quality.
