The smooth flow of information,the safe delivery of funds and the accurate transfer of goods are the three key factors for the successful completion of commodity exchange in electronic commerce.Commodity online transactions need to realize efficient,accurate and safe circulation of information flow,capital flow and logistics.The development of information technology has realized information flow and capital flow security,smooth docking,but for the logistics,there is still the mismatch transfer time,inaccurate delivery of goods,time delay leading to commodity value declined and other issues.Due to the special nature of fresh agricultural products,cold chain logistics and distribution problems are particularly serious.According to the different transport routes,logistics can be divided into trunk distribution and regional distribution.The distribution of goods is relatively concentrated,the delivery of goods scattered,directly to the end consumer,service and distribution efficiency of a direct impact on the distribution of the consumer to the end of the distribution of goods is usually the end of the city,Overall satisfaction.Ecommerce logistics for regional distribution is particularly important.Through the analysis of survey data,the paper puts forward two strategies to improve the efficiency of terminal distribution service: constructing two-level location model and optimizing terminal distribution model to improve customer satisfaction.Firstly,this paper investigates the influencing factors of consumer satisfaction of fresh end distribution,and studies several main factors that affect the satisfaction of fresh end distribution.The design of the questionnaire is based on the SERVQUAL and LSQ logistics service evaluation models.The five dimensions of service response,service ility,reliability,service guarantee and service concern are designed.Through the analysis of the online and offline questionnaire,it was concluded that the timeliness of product delivery,the freshness of fresh product collection,the flexibility of delivery(avoid waiting and receiving failure),the accuracy of distribution of goods and the quality of service On consumer satisfaction have a greater impact.Based on the analysis of the main factors of satisfaction of fresh end distribution,three strategies to improve the satisfaction of terminal distribution are summarized:(1)self-mentioned points are set in terminal distribution to improve the autonomy of consumers' picking time;(2)Optimize the end-to-end route planning model with the satisfaction degree of consumers as the target dimension;(3)Standardize the training of the terminal distribution staff to improve service awareness and service level.Then,based on the study of end-distribution environment,the practical significance of the proposed point and the characteristics of fresh agricultural products,this paper constructs a two-level location model to study the location of self-mentioned points.The first layer takes the distance from the consumer to the self-mentioned point as the objective function,and uses the PSO algorithm to solve the theoretical selfmentioned position.Since the mention point is generally divided into self-built and third-party cooperation in two modes,the end of the distribution point from the mention of the relative distance is shorter,that is,the number of self-mentioned point of demand from the point of setting up a large number of points from the cost point of view,The model of tripartite cooperation is optimal.The second-level location model is to choose the third-party self-mentioning point by comparing the two points of cost and distance.Alternative from the mention of the first layer model to determine the theoretical selfpoint position as the center,a certain distance as the radius of the search.Secondly,the terminal distribution model is optimized,and the three factors of consumer satisfaction,fresh product distribution and distribution cost are taken into account in the optimization model.A new route planning model is proposed,which matches the end-of-life distribution model.According to the characteristics of the model,the improved multi-objective model is solved by the genetic algorithm of the intelligent algorithm,which is selected by comparing the cost of the distribution to the labor cost and the vehicle use cost.verification.Finally,according to the statistical data of regional agricultural product sales in 2015,Hangzhou,which has relatively good e-commerce development,is selected as the research background city.This paper selects the consumer historical purchase data of a multi-channel fresh-source electricity supplier in Hangzhou,validates the model,and helps the company improve the efficiency of terminal distribution.
