Research On Location Selection Of Agricultural Products Distribution Center

With the rapid development of urbanization and the change of people's consumption concepts and consumption habits,high-quality fresh agricultural products have become an indispensable part of people's daily life.The quality,safety and freshness of fresh agricultural products have become the focus of attention,and the demand for high-quality fresh produce is growing.Coupled with the peculiarity of perishable fresh agricultural products,higher requirements are placed on the timeliness and periodicity of distribution and transportation.More and more people prefer local fresh agricultural products.Based on this,this paper takes the local fresh agricultural product distribution as the research object,and explores the scientific and reasonable site selection and distribution of the fresh agricultural product distribution center.Firstly,on the basis of summarizing the research on related issues at home and abroad,the related theories of site selection of agricultural product distribution centers are expounded.The differences between cold chain logistics agricultural product distribution and local logistics agricultural product distribution problems are introduced in detail.Combined with the local fresh agricultural product distribution characteristics,the objectives,principles,influencing factors and distribution modes of local agricultural product distribution center location are summarized.Secondly,the location and path selection method of local fresh agricultural product distribution center combined with qualitative and quantitative analysis is proposed.In order to screen the alternative distribution centers,a qualitative evaluation index system was established,and the weight of each factor indicator was determined by expert judgment method.On this basis,a mathematical model for the location selection of local fresh agricultural products distribution center with the minimum total cost of fresh agricultural products distribution was constructed.The total cost mainly considers fixed construction costs,operating costs,storage cost and transport costs.Finally,an instance analysis of the distribution of local agricultural products in a supermarket chain in Yan ji-City was carried out.The effectiveness of the proposed method was verified by comparison with the original scheme.
