With the improvement of people’s living standards and the rapid development of e-commerce in recent years,fresh online shopping has become a trend,fresh electricity business gradually into the public vision,such as Tuotuo community,love-fresh and other fresh platform Emerge in an endless stream.However,due to the special nature of fresh products,the vast majority of consumers on the quality of fresh products and services,high standards and hysteretic cold chain distribution system,making the original B2B,B2C and C2C electric business model is difficult to move forward.In this context,the combination of fresh products with the city and 020 electricity business model attracted more and more professional attention and try in the field,and China’s current cold chain distribution have lots of problems,infrastructure and equipment behind the cold chain,Information technology plate is weak,fresh cold chain supply chain is too long lead to high loss of products,fresh quality can not guarantee and the distribution costs are too high,a large number of factors restrict the development of fresh electricity business logistics.At present,the most widely studied is how to optimize the distribution route of fresh city in 020 mode,the "last mile"problem in the process of fresh and cold chain distribution,which mainly includes two aspects,First,how to scientifically and rationally develop the objective function,make it accord with the actual requirements of fresh city delivery;Second,how to select and improve the model to solve the algorithm,so that the results is the best.This paper mainly introduces the basic theory of fresh product and its logistics,020 electricity business model and fresh city distribution,O2O mode of operation under the fresh city distribution development status,and analyze the domestic classic 020 fresh case and the existing problems,offline part:following by the establishment of fresh cold chain city distribution model,the model mainly to consider the delivery time and time window,distribution vehicles,travel routes,inbound goods damage and loading and unloading cargo damage,return depreciation rate and other factors,and to meet certain customer satisfaction Under the premise of achieving the optimal distribution costs.Finally,this paper uses the improved genetic algorithm to solve the case model.The results show that the improved genetic algorithm is better than the traditional genetic algorithm when satisfying the minimum customer satisfaction degree of 0.8.online part:Measured by order information and the end-consumer reviews.Online and offline integration,which provides some reference and guidance for the last mile distribution of fresh enterprise.
