Priority Development Of Urban Type In China Based On Cluster Analysis

The fast development of big cities drive China's urbanization rate in recent years,and small cities has also been to grow bigger and bigger,but also,there are some different ideas which say the decline of small scale is a unstable state for it cannot be complement for the development of small towns are more slower,so it seems like that the small towns should be developed first rather than the large cities.Also,the "city disease" makes people want to move out cities and even becoming an outstanding strength in the United States,so some scholars think that the development of large cities should be limited somehow and develop the small towns first to make our country more balanced.But,this paper argues that develop the small towns blindly will cause more problems for they are restricted by too many factors,and only the continuous of developing large cities,can we reduce the restriction of local conditions gradually,and use the resources more effectively,and finally make our country grow in a more stable and healthy way.To find the relationship between the comprehensive level and the influence factors,and study how it works,then choose the best type to have a development.This article will divide 287 cities into four categories by using the method of K-mean cluster analysis with all comprehensive indexes.And then make four regression models with the factors of each city by using factor analysis method.Finally,compare the regressions and the performance characteristics to find the answer.Eventually found that the higher urban comprehensive development level is,the less limits to be and the degree of restriction can also be reduced gradually.This paper says that the development conforms to the law of marginal reward increasing before and diminishing later.And the marginal returns will be more in the city type which the comprehensive level is higher,so it's right to pay attention to this kind of cities.
