The Research Of Employment Effects Of Fujian Service Industry

Full employment is one of the main goals of the national macro-control.The healthy development of the national economy and the solution of the employment require the mutual adaptation and coordinated development of industrial structure and employment structure.As the national economic development reaches the new normal,the economic growth rate has turned from high-speed economic growth to medium-high economic growth and the industrial structure is improving day by day with the employment structure changes correspondingly.There is a close relationship between the industrial structure and the employment structure.The rapid development of service industry has played an important role in maintaining employment stabilization and promoting employment growth.Therefore,studying the employment effects of service industry and rationalizing the influence of the development of service industry and the various industries within services on employment promotion can be beneficial to help the benign development of services and employment growth.This paper firstly analyzes the development status and employment status of service industry and the various industries within it,meanwhile,comparing them with the national average level.On this basis,using similarity coefficient matrix,cooperation index between the industrial structure and the employment structure,structure deviation,the index of Moore Structure Change,the Gray Relationship analysis model and the Delay analysis model to analyze the relevance,coordination and hysteresis between the industrial structure and the employment structure of Fujian three industries and the various industries within services.Then,using employment elasticity and Input-Output analyze method to analyze the dominant employment effect and the recessive employment effect of Fujian three industries and the various industries within services.Finally,the paper analyzes other factors which may affect the employment.The study comes to the following conclusions.Firstly,comparing with the national average level,the relationship between the industrial structure and the employment structure of Fujian is more reasonable,but the relationship between the industrial structure and the employment structure of the various industries within Fujian service industry is discordant.Secondly,so far,the employment absorbing ability of Fujian service industry is below the national average level,however,it has a tendency to increase gradually.Thirdly,the developmental level of Fujian service industry is below the national average level and this hinders to some extent the employment absorbing ability of Fujian service industry.Fourthly,the development of Fujian wholesale and retail industry has a great promotion to the employment of itself.The development of health and social work,transportation and postal service,residents and other services,financial industry,culture,sports and entertainment has a great promotion to the employment of other industries.Considering these conclusions,the paper put forward the following suggestions.Firstly,make great efforts to cultivate the new service mode,such as Internet retailing industry,Internet medical industry,the Internet banking,etc.Secondly,focus support on those service industries which have huge potential,local characteristics,and can contribute to employment and people's livelihood,such as logistic industry,old-age service industry,home service industry,cartoon industry,etc.Thirdly,improve the related industrial policy and put it into practice,expand corporate finance channels,and provide financial support to related corporate.
