At present,China is in a new period of reform of supply side.Under the background of structural overcapacity,upgrading of industrial structure and transformation of developmental mode,the situation of employment is still grim.The service industry has become the leading industry in China,strive to develop the service industry can not only promote economic growth,open up the market,stimulate domestic demand,but also create more occupation opportunities.However,since the reform and opening up,the development of China's service industry lags behind,the internal industry has Obvious differences,and employment growth is slow.There is still a big gap,compared with developed countries.Therefore,the research on the employment effect of the adjustment of service industry structure has important policy guidance and practical significance to the national economy.First of all,the Petty-Clark's law as the basic economic theory,combined with the relevant contents of the industrial structure and employment structure,analyzes the dynamic characteristics of the three industrial output value structure,the service industry output value structure and the service industry employment structure,and points out the problems existing in the employment development of service industry.From the perspective of employment elasticity,compared labor productivity and structural deviation,analyze the service industry and its internal employment structure by descriptive statistics.The result shows that the service industry output and employment accounted for the main position in china.Traditional service industry output growth is slow,employment tends to saturation;modern service industry stimulating employment effect is significant.However,there are prominent structural contradictions in the industry.Secondly,based on the static panel data model and double logarithm model of Cobb-Douglas,from the whole to the part,the paper studies the employment effects of the data structure to the economic meaning.Based on the Granger causality test of structural change value,utilizes that to determine the dynamic correlation between output structure and employment structure.From three aspects of mixed regression,fixed effect and random effect,conclude that the fixed effect model is formed between industrial employment and output value and employment is influenced by individual industry.From the overall view of the structure of the service industry,the marginal impact of output value on employment is feeble.At the same time using the double logarithmic model to analyze the stability test,the sample data association,Introduce lag variables and analyze the employment effect of the three industries and service industries from the economic meaning.The empirical results show that the current employment is closely related to the amount of previous employment in various industries,and the employment elasticity coefficient of employment has a broad employment space.Finally,based on the input-output table,calculate the demand coefficient,input coefficient,sensitivity coefficient and influence coefficient to analyze the relevance and impact of service industry.From the perspective of intermediate investment,establishes a complete employment contribution model to quantify the direct and indirect contribution of service industry to the national economy.Among them,the direct contribution of the education industry is the largest,and the financial sector has the most significant contribution.The paper uses final demand of consumption,investment and exports as a factor to measure the employment coefficient of service industry.Among them,wholesale and retail,transportation,warehousing and postal services,as well as the financial sector under the joint action of the three elements,have a higher employment pull effect.According to the empirical analysis,it is important to develop the modern service industry,strengthen the quality education of talents and optimize the employment structure of the service industry.
