A Study On The Influence Mechanism Of Entrepreneurial Passion On Entrepreneurial Persistence Nehavior

In recent years,with the development of economic globalization,entrepreneurship has been recognized by more and more.Especially in our country,entrepreneurship has been largely encouraged supported by governments for it can effectively alleviate the pressure of social employment.There is an increasing number of office workers and graduates joining the entrepreneurial activities which has become a fads and trends.However,the success rate is very low.In the process of starting a business,some entrepreneurs will continue to adhere to the current entrepreneurial behavior even if difficulties and setbacks are encountered,but some entrepreneurs will choose to give up.Therefore,the academic communities need to explore the reasons.The concept of passion appeared in 1920s,but was not paid attention by social psychology until 90s.Even the entrepreneurial passion has only been noticed by this century.Recently,the study of entrepreneurial passion has appeared a growth trend in foreign countries,but it is different from our country.The theoretical study is almost blank.According to the research of foreign scholars,it is found that entrepreneurial passion has a significant impact on entrepreneurial behavior.But in the current study,the relationship between two types of passion(Harmonious passion and obsessive passion)and entrepreneurial behavior is not clear.At the same time,the research on the relationship among situational specific entrepreneurial motivation and passion and entrepreneurial persistence behavior appears to be very scarce.On account of the phenomenon and problems mentioned above,this paper makes an empirical study on the basis of relevant research at home and abroad.The two stage questionnaire survey was carried out on the entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial team members of the entrepreneur and business incubator in Zhejiang province.We used SPSS and AMOS software to test the collection of valid sample data,and we get the following conclusion:First,entrepreneurial passion has a significant positive impact on goal setting and entrepreneurial self-efficacy,and Harmonious passion also has significant influence on vision.In addition,entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial persistence behavior.Second,Harmonious passion and obsessive passion can be influenced by entrepreneurial self-efficacy.Besides,Harmonious passion can be influenced by vision.At last,this paper summarizes the whole research and points out the shortcomings of this study,and makes a prospect for future research.
