The Impact Of Regional Economic Cooperation In Northeast Asia On The Export Of Equipment Manufacturing Industry

With the rapid pace of globalization,countries are increasingly using their location to explore benefits and achieve development.Regional economic cooperation has become an inevitable choice for countries to develop their economies and enhance their competitiveness.In the 21st century,The Northeast Asia which in the highlight of the global economy will become the world's greatest potential for development,the most sustainable ability,fastest-developing,and most promising economic groups.Taking an active part in regional economic cooperation of Northeast Asia,countries dock their economic development strategy and use the meeting point to improve the level of opening-up.In the economic globalization,the circulation speed of capital,labor,product and information technology is increasingly faster and faster,the pattern of international trade in equipment manufacturing industry changes a lot.Developed countries continued to transfer equipment manufacturing industry production and sales to developing countries.Equipment manufacturing industry is the Foundation for national economic development,particularly industrial development,is the pillar industry of Liaoning province.Liaoning as the country's largest province in equipment manufacturing industry,with the advantage in historical development and is located in the forefront of the Northeast Asia region,Development of cooperation with neighboring countries is an important element throughout the economic cooperation in North East and also a key link to building a new world.Promote equipment manufacturing exports in line with macro-economic development strategy,and also to adapt to the situation in the northeast old industrial base,Liaoning Province will be built into an important platform for international economic cooperation in Northeast Asia for the Northeast economy has important significance.Faced with low added value of Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry overcapacity,irrational structure,low degree of industrial integration,severe competition in the low end of practical difficulties,how leveraging Regional Economic Cooperation to boost Liaoning equipment manufacturing exports is the focus of this study.This thesis are mainly manifested in the following five aspects:Chapter 1,it mainly analyzes the background of this significance,the theoretical basis,contents and methods,innovation and shortcomings.The second chapter analyzes the domestic and international environment as well as the advantages and status in Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry.The third chapter is the empirical part of this study,using Chinese equipment manufacturing export data to analyze Regional Economic Cooperation of the equipment for total manufacturing exports and marginal levels;Introduce Gravity Model and Regional economic cooperation dummies examine regional economic cooperation to make an impact on equipment manufacturing exports.The fourth chapter analyzes the status of Liaoning in Northeast Asian Regional Economic Cooperation and its role in the Northeast Asian cooperation.based on empirical results and the theoretical interpretation of the questions Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry faced.Putting forward suggestion about how to boost Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry in Regional Economic Cooperation circumstance.The innovations of this thesis are mainly applied the research framework of Shi Bingzhan(2010)in the niche sector of the machinery and transport equipment avoids the characteristics annihilation problem,which might be caused by neglecting the very different export traits of different sectors in the economy.While introduce classic international trade gravity model into the two margin decomposition research,which provides a new research tool for the study of Liaoning participate in Northeast Asian Regional Economic Cooperation.The deficiency of this thesis contains two aspects:the first one is that this thesis makes scientific and reasonable research on factors affecting equipment manufacturing export under regional economic cooperation.But there are many factors due to my limited knowledge,ability and academic level as well as limited by research data and information,It is difficult to obtain complete use of relevant disciplines and theoretical knowledge.Second,the Regional Economic Cooperation is a broad range of complex cooperation,and to accelerate the promotion of exports of Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry needs the cooperation with the governments.This thesis contains the theoretical part only,Therefore,the policy suggestion of Liaoning participate in the Regional Economic Cooperation on the depth and breadth may on suspicion of "empty talk".And not considering there will be some unexpected problems in practice,even go far away.Thereby paying more attention to improve and research in the future study.
