In the current international comparison program that the national average price for 31 provinces is the simple algorithm of the collected data to obtain the national average price.The economic development level of provinces in our country is not balanced,the residents purchasing power and consumption habits are also different,so take simple arithmetic average calculated the average price of the country will lead to the original data that used in the international comparison unaccuary,the results of ICP will not objective and scientific,so it is necessary to improve the basic algorithm of the national average price.For purpose of this study,from the food class as the breakthrough point of the research.First using spatial statistical tests of spatial correlation of food commodities in our country,explore the spatial aggregation effect of food prices,the fish,eggs,meat and fruit commodities prices respectively to construct spatial econometric model,test significance level of the model parameter,and then based on grey correlation calculates the connection degree of the dependent variable and commodity prices and sorting.Finally Based on the spatial characteristics of food commodities in China,the introduction of the spatial adjusting factor method that used in the international comparison of OECD to process the spatial characteristics of commodity prices,complete the trial of food commodities in our country,improving the basic algorithm of the national average price.To introduct the research content in this paper,the first is the introduction part,mainly discusses the purpose,the background and the innovation of this article,and summary the relevant research achievements.Then second part in this paper mainly talk about the method that used is this paper,including the use of spatial statistical methods,spatial correlation test,the build method of space model,and the spatial adjustment factor method,this part also summary the advantages and disadvantages of each method.Then discuss the food commodity prices spatial correlation analysis results,a the construction of spatial weight matrix in the spatial correlation analysis principle and applicability for detailed analysis.Furtuer to study the fish,eggs,meat and fruit commodities prices,construct the spatial error model respectively,not only the process of the construction of the model,but also analyse the model results.And in accordance with of the dependent variables in the model and the connection degree of commodity prices for sorting.Due to the spatial characteristics of food commodities in China,then introduced the spatial adjustment factor method to complete the trial on food prices.Expounds on the spatial adjustment factor estimation process,before and after the adjustment of food commodities have been the national average price for comparative analysis.A summary the main conclusion in this paper,according to the results of the empirical analysis on problems to be pay attention to the national average price is calculated.In this paper,the main conclusions are the following,first,through to the fish,eggs,meat and fruit category commodities global spatial correlation inspection found in food commodity prices are spatial correlation.Second through the meat,eggs,fish and fruit commodities prices local spatial correlation inspection,found that food commodities present spatial aggregation effect.And for food commodities prices to build the spatial error model to test the significance of model parameters,shows that food commodities space characteristics significantly.And then through the analysis of the grey correlation degree between fish,eggs,meat and fruit commodities prices and the dependent variable,find the connection degree of space and food commodity prices higher.Finally EKS method is applied to estimate the provinces of the nation's food spatial adjustment factor,as the national average use after adjusting commodity prices generally lower than using simple averaging of the national average.In this paper,the innovation points can be summarized as the following two points,first is the current national average prices in the ICP use simple arithmetic average calculation,this paper applies the spatial statistic methods to verify the spatial characteristics of food plays a significant role in commodity prices,and the space is not a commodity characteristics,are universal,the current national average price of the basic algorithms ignore the spatial characteristics of commodity prices.Second,it is combined with the characteristics of food commodity prices in China,introduction of the spatial adjusting factor method that in the international comparison of European Union to deal with the spatial characteristics of commodity price.completed the trial of China's commodity prices,improved the basic algorithms in ICP of the national average price.the shortage of this paper:due to the limited data resources,only complete food base class trial.
