The Study Of The Impact Of New Ventures Internal Resources On Enterprise Performance

Mobile Internet has caused a new entrepreneurial boom in the worldwide.For a long time,new ventures are the representative of the new technology and new productivity important carrier,and push forward the development of social economy strongly.Though start-up activity among the world top in China,both into enterprise proportion is very low.Objectively the current our country's entrepreneurial activity has been accompanied by the influence of the economic structure transformation and the decline in the economic cycle,but we also should see bottlenecks of the startup itself,is to improve startup performance in the final analysis.Our country is in economic transition structure,the problem of resource acquisition integration has become the current constraints of the start-up enterprise survival and development."Enterprise is the administrative framework to coordinate a collection of resources and limited boundaries,enterprise's growth due to the use of internal resources."The study found that the start-up enterprise internal resource utilization is the key to the success or failure of the enterprise,however in the present stage of our country the entrepreneurship practice,entrepreneurs often can't make effective use of resources,so that new ventures could not form the core competitiveness.So new ventures in the external environment in the short term is difficult to effectively improve the situation,how to maximize the use of the precious resources of its own has become an important mean to improve the performance of new ventures.Therefore,by investigating the startup hierarchy structure of the internal resources,clear start-up internal resources at all levels of business performance,the influence of measuring startup resources integration ability produces performance adjustment to enterprise use of resources,for the survival and development of new ventures is particularly urgent and important.Based on the resource-based theory and resource management theory,to derive the startup type internal resources can be divided into basic resources(human resources,financial resources,material resources),safeguard model(organizational resources)and developmental resources(market resources and technical resources),and made clear the resource dimension of startup live performance(financial indicators)and development(growth index),the influence mechanism of performance.And then analyzes the resource integration ability of startup regulation mechanism of the internal resources and startup performance.Through literature analysis and deductive reasoning,we put forward construct the theoretical model of this study and research hypotheses.Using SPSS22.0 and AMOS21.0 dual issue and effective recovery of FuJian,ZheJiang,179 qualified questionnaires conducted,the empirical theory deduction process of the proposed research hypotheses.Empirical study found that new ventures based resource has a significant effect on corporate performance,and performance of survival development degree is higher than the influence of performance;Startup safeguard resources and has significant effect on corporate performance,but its effects on survival performance were not significant,the impact on the development of performance is significant;Startup development-oriented resources has a significant effect on corporate performance,and the impact on the development of performance level is higher than the survival performance;Startup resources integration ability positive governing start-up internal resources and the relationship between the corporate performance,namely new enterprise resource integration ability stronger,start-up internal resources have the greater impact on corporate performance.This article research results for new enterprise internal resources and resource integration ability two research fields have certain theoretical contribution.On the one hand,by partitioning startup the dimension of the internal resources,establish enterprise resource bundles,have enriched startup resources related theory,also for the study of the theory of entrepreneurship resources to develop the research angle of view.Introduction of resources integration ability,on the other hand,as a moderator variable,enrich the startup resource situation of role relationship and startup performance.In addition,the results of the study for business practitioners also have a stronger guidance value,which is conducive to new ventures in integrated utilization of enterprise resources,in a more effective way to improve enterprise performance.
