An Empirical Study On The Relationship Of Resource Integration,Entrepreneurial Learning And Innovation Of New Ventures

The key challenges for new ventures include resource integration,trepreneurship learning and innovation.It is beneficial for entrepreneurial team to do entrepreneurial activities more effective to clarify the internal relationship between the three mechanisms.In order to elaborate the connotation and relationship among the three variables of resource integration,entrepreneurial learning and innovation clearly,this thesis puts the new conception of resource-based view into the traditional conception of resource integration,and puts forward a relatively moderation of the concept of resource integration from a new epistemological point of view.This thesis emphasizes when the enterprise integrates resources,they should pay more attention to the mining and optimizing the value of the allocation of resources at hand,and the immediate action and the willing to take a certain risk.The above concepts are more in line with current reality.Entrepreneurship is a systematic project,this thesis against the conception of too radical resource integration.Entrepreneurs should pay attention to the important role of entrepreneurial learning,because resources can only create sustained value to the enterprise through entrepreneurial learning,and enterprises can get dynamic capacity to transplant the valuable resources into a competitive advantage.Based on the theoretical research and empirical research,this thesis explores the internal mechanism of the impact of resource integration on the performance of new enterprises,and uses qualitative research(including interview research and case analysis)and quantitative research to improve the reliability and effectiveness.This thesis shows that the high entrepreneurial orientation does not always have a positive effect on the entrepreneurial learning of the enterprise.This thesis found that entrepreneurial-oriented innovative action and strategic action will weaken the impact of resource integration on entrepreneurship learning through empirical research.Innovative entrepreneurs should actively expand the means of knowledge acquisition,and they should not focus on professional knowledge only,but take use of the all possible opportunities to learn,especially for the integration of resources that can produce hidden knowledge of entrepreneurial behavior should be paid more attention.Innovative action and strategic action negatively moderate the relationship between resource integration and entrepreneurial learning,and risk-taking action did not moderate the relationship.The enterprises with high innovative tendencies tend to increase the ability of innovation,and they will put more resources into research and development activities,which increase the demand for professional technical knowledge,and the demand for other resources related to knowledge may be reduced accordingly.The conclusion is that resource integration can promote entrepreneurship learning of start-ups,and entrepreneurs can learn relevant knowledge from resource integration.At the same time,entrepreneurial learning as a mediator variable between resource integration and new enterprise innovation,resource integration has a positive effect on the innovation of entrepreneurial enterprises.Entrepreneurship learning fully mediates the relationship between resource integration and innovation.This thesis enriches the existing research on the integration of resources.Secondly,this thesis has expanded the existing research on influencing factors of entrepreneurial learning by examining the impact of resource integration on entrepreneurial learning,and many studies have neglected the value of knowledge resources brought by the resource integration.This thesis clarified the relationship between resource integration and entrepreneurial learning,improved and enriched the theory of entrepreneurship learning.
